Moments are the time-based considerations that set pace for your roadmap.

While your organization is sure to have competing priorities, there are also likely to be mutually agreed upon must-hit dates.

What are the Moments that your organization must work in support of, or work around? We’ll consider budgeting cycles, events, holidays and staffing implications.

Through the Moments exercise we will align on must-hit dates and a quarterly view for tackling key Initiatives that support your established Anchor.
